I wonder why there seems to be so much trouble at Rhema, people like me are gone, leaders are gone, Pastors are gone, and there is only one common denomenator Ray McCauley, there is a basic flaw in the man, he used to say himself "if you have been bankrupt 3 times maybe the bank is not to blame" or he would say "if you have been divorced a few times maybe the women is not to blame"
The man needs help, he is exstreamly abusive, anyone who has been to Rhema has seen or heard him at some time abuse people on the platform, I will never forget the day he screamed at Pastor Gordon and grab a paper from him in front of the whole congregation, and Pastor Gordon just smiled, this man needs help.
Let's pray that he will find his peace
